If a paid order cannot be delivered because of a system issue, we will first work to restore delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered follow the current refund and support rules.
Already delivered
Returns are not accepted after digital products have been delivered. Undelivered orders or delivery issues remain subject to the refund and after-sales rules.
